Commercial Flotation Test of Low-grade Refractory Lithium Mica

针对宜春钽铌矿有限公司Li 20品位为0.5%原矿石,以RT101作捕收剂进行了锂云母浮选工业试验,产出的锂云母精矿中Li 20品位在2.8%以上,Li 20回收率在50%以上,处理一吨原矿增加经济效益39.25元,增幅达到81.3%。新药剂的生产指标远优于同等条件下的现有工业生产指标,也更加安全环保。

RT101 is a new type of flotation reagent for lithium mica.For the ROM of Yichun Tantalum-Niobium Mine Co.,Ltd.with the grade of 0.5% Li 20,flotation commercial test of lithium mica is conducted with RT101 as collector.The produced lithium mica concentrates have a Li 20 grade of above 2.8% with a recovery rate of above 50%.Economic benefits increase by 39.25 yuan per ton of raw ore,an increase of 81.3%.The production indexes of the new reagent are much better than those of the existing industrial production indexes under the same raw ore condition.RT101 reagent is safer and more environmentally friendly.Only water is needed to dilute the reagent during preparation.Without using hydrochloric acid,corrosion of beneficiation equipment is reduced and the subsequent dewatering operation is not affected as well.
