摘要
铁矿浆体输送的流动阻力是输送能耗的主要影响因素,其大小直接影响尾矿输送的建设及运行成本。因此研究浆体输送的流动阻力成因并采取适当的减阻技术具有十分重要的意义。在研究管道矿浆流动状态模型的基础上,对阻力的成因进行了探讨;针对影响矿浆流动阻力的成因,对振动减阻和添加剂减阻技术进行了总结分析。
The flow resistance of iron ore slurry transport is the main influencing factor of energy consumption,and it directly affects the construction and operation cost of tailings transportation.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the causes of flow resistance of slurry transport and adopt appropriate resistance reduction techniques.Based on the study of the model of pipeline slurry flow state,the causes of the resistance are discussed.According to the cause of the influence of slurry flow resistance,the vibration reduction of resistance and additive reduction of resistance techniques are summarized and analyzed.
