从节能降耗的角度浅谈企业能源计量存在的问题和应采取的措施

Discussion on Existing Problems of Energy Measurement in Enterprises and Measures That Should be Adopted from Energy Conservation and Consumption Reduction

为贯彻落实《计量发展规划(2013-2020)》和《“十三五”节能减排综合工作方案》中关于进一步完善能源计量体系、提高能源精细化管理水平的要求,从节能降耗的角度认识能源计量的重要性,阐述能源计量与企业节能降耗的关系,指出企业能源计量存在的问题和应采取的措施,以期为企业节能降耗工作提供参考。

In order to implement the requirements regarding further improving energy measurement system and enhancing the level of energy refined management in Energy Development Plan(2013-2020)and Comprehensive Work Plan for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction during the 13 th Five-year Plan Period and to be aware of the importance of energy measurement from the perspective of energy conservation and consumption reduction,this paper illustrates the relation of energy measurement with enterprise energy conservation and consumption reduction,points out the existing problems of enterprise energy measurement and measures that should be adopted in the hope of providing reference for enterprise energy conservation and consumption reduction.
