摘要
高校贫困生精神贫困问题,既有来自固有生产生活与交往实践方面的影响,也有急遽转换的学习生活时空造成的不适应感带来的困惑与矛盾,既有外界帮扶不足与供给不当诱发的精神贫困,也有贫困生身心修养水平不足与面临的人生巨大复杂挑战之间的矛盾不能解决造成的原因。恪守尊重与平等的基本原则建构贫困生精神扶贫机制,充实交往实践,建设"一家两校"协同互动模式,在巩固发展好物质帮扶传统功能基础上,创新性挖掘精神扶贫功能,不间断扩充精神扶贫机制的社会效益,将资助育人有机融合在全员育人、全过程育人的系统性工作中,是新时代高校资助育人系统必须担负的责任与义务。
The problem of mental poverty among poor college students is caused by a variety of reasons:the influence of inherent life style and communication,the confusion and contradiction from the inadaptability caused by the rapid change of learning and living space and time,and the unresolved issue of the contradiction between the poor students’lack of physical and mental accomplishment and the huge complex challenges they face in life.This paper aims to build a mental anti-poverty mechanism which can enrich the practice of communication,and develop an interactive mode of"One family plus two campuses"by adhering the principle of respect and equality.On the basis of consolidating and developing the traditional function of financial aid,the study makes great effort to explore the function of spiritual poverty alleviation in an innovative way and continuously expand the social benefits of spiritual poverty alleviation mechanism.It is the necessary responsibility and obligation for the university subsidizing and educating system of the new era to integrate the financial aid into the all-members and whole process education systematically.
