宫颈病变中应用FISH技术检测C-MYC基因及HC2技术、SPR技术检测HPV结果的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究宫颈病变中人髓细胞增生原癌基因(C-MYC)和高危型人乳头瘤病毒及其之间的关系。方法选取同时行LCT和HC2-HPV检测的患者。C-MYC基因用FISH法检测,HPV分型用SPR法检测,任一结果阳性者行宫颈活检,最后按病检结果分组。结果在正常组、CINⅠ、CINⅡ-CINⅢ、ICC组,HC2-HPV的阳性率分别为31.25%、65.79%、90.90%、92.86%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在正常组、CINⅠ、CINⅡ-CINⅢ、ICC组,SPR-HPV的阳性率分别为18.75%、44.73%、68.18%、92.86%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。C-MYC基因表达在正常组、CINⅠ、CINⅡ-CINⅢ、ICC组的阳性率分别为3.12%、47.37%、56.06%、92.86%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在宫颈病变中C-MYC基因异常扩增,且该基因高表达和HPV感染关系密切,C-MYC未来可能成为宫颈癌早期筛查标志物。 Objective To study the relationship between c-myc gene expression and high-risk HPV infection in cervical lesions.Methods Patients who were tested for both LCT and hc2-hpv were selected. C-myc gene was detected by FISH,and HPV typing was detected by SPR. Any of the patients that came out positive had a cervical biopsy. At last, they were grouped according to the results of disease examination. Results In the normal group,the CIN Ⅰ,CIN Ⅱ ~ CIN Ⅲ,ICC group,HC2-HPV positive rate were 31.25%, 65.79%, 90.90%, 92.86%, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). In the normal group, the CIN Ⅰ, CIN Ⅱ ~ CIN Ⅲ,ICC group,SPR-HPV positive rate were 18.75%,44.73%,68.18%,92.86%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). C-MYC gene expression in the normal group,the CIN Ⅰ, CIN Ⅱ ~ CIN Ⅲ, ICC group of positive rate were 3.12%,47.37%,56.06%,92.86%,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Abnormal amplification of c-myc gene in cervical lesions,and the high expression of this gene is closely related to HPV infection, c-myc may become a marker for early screening of cervical cancer in the future.
