摘要
根据FMEA理论采用从故障频数、可识别程度、严重程度3个维度对电力设备的维护管理中不同故障的应用研究模式进行综合评价,总结并构建了从时间、成本、恢复程度等方面的维护方案评价指标体系,最终归结为设备维护管理方案效价风险的熵度量分析.通过标准化的数据转换,并结合实际计算,阐述了有助于企业进行电力设备维护管理的决策方法.
In the maintenance management of power equipment,according to FMEA theory,different failure modes are comprehensively evaluated from three dimensions of failure frequency,degree of detectability and degree of severity.A series of maintenance scheme evaluation indices from aspects of time,cost and recovery degree are summarized and constructed,which are used as the entropy measurement analysis of valence risk of equipment maintenance management scheme.Based on the standardized data conversion and the example calculation,the decision-making method.The method is helpful to the maintenance management of power equipment.
