Treatment of gynecological diseases by syndrome differentiation: Wu Weikang’s experience

吴惟康,我国现代著名中医专家,龙江医派杰出医家。吴老潜心研修中医各家学说,深谙经典,治学严谨,临床实践经验丰富,尤擅长治疗内科疑难杂病,在中医临床、教学、科研及文献学研究方面也做出了重要贡献。基于对吴惟康医案的研究,对吴老辨治妇科疾病的学术思想进行了初步探析,吴老认为妇科疾病的发生是脏腑功能失常,气血失调,冲任督带,胞宫、胞脉、胞络受损,以及肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫轴失调综合作用的结果,而气血失调只是其中的一个重要环节,因此,辨治妇科疾病虽以气血为纲,但亦不可忽视脏腑、经络的协同作用。

Wu weikang is a famous TCM expert as well as an outstanding representative of Longjiang medical school in China.He has a deep understanding on TCM classics and theories of different schools,with a rigorous scholarship and has made great contributions to clinical practice,teaching and research.Wu Weikang is good at treating internal diseases.Based on his case records,we analyzed the academic thoughts of Wu Weikang on treating gynecological diseases by syndrome differentiation.He thought that gynecological diseases were caused not only by disharmony of qi and blood,but also disorder of zang-fu organs,damage to thoroughfare,conception,governor,belt vessels,uterus,unterine vessels or colleterals,or disorder of kidney-reproduction stimulating essence-thoroughfare and conception-uterus axis.Therefore,treatment of gynecological diseases should be focused on the coordination of zang-fu organs and related channels and collaterals apart from qi and blood regulation.
