中医护理联合盆底神经肌肉电刺激干预产后盆底损伤疗效观察

Effect of Buzhong Yiqi Granules combined with electrostimulation on pelvic floor nerve and muscle on postpartum pelvic floor injury

目的探究中医护理联合盆底神经肌肉电刺激干预产后盆底损伤的临床疗效观察。方法选择2018年7月-2019年7月间足月顺产的发生盆底功能损伤的产妇110例,分为两组,每组55例。对照组给予中药补中益气颗粒与常规护理干预,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上采用神经肌肉电刺激干预。观察两组病例盆底肌力、焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及干预效果。结果研究组治疗后盆底肌力显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组SDS评分、SAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医护理联合盆底神经肌肉电刺激干预产后盆底损伤疗效显著,在临床治疗中值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Granules combined with electrostimulation on pelvic floor nerve and muscle on postpartum pelvic floor injury.Methods 110 women with pelvic floor injury after full-term vaginal delivery admitted to the hospital from July,2018 to July,2019 were divided into the research group and the control group,with 55 patients in each group.The control group was given Buzhong Yiqi Granules with routine nursing care,and the research group was additionally given electrostimulation on pelvic floor nerve and muscle based on the control group.Pelvic floor muscle force,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and clinical effect in both groups were observed.Results The research group had higher pelvic floor muscle force,lower SDS score and SAS score,and higher effective rate than the control group,with significance(all P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Granules combined with electrostimulation on pelvic floor nerve and muscle had significant effect on postpartum pelvic floor injury,which is worthy of promotion.
