Objective To investigate the effect of“soothing the liver and resolving stasis”therapy on restenosis after lower extremity arterial intervention and on hemodynamics. Methods A total of 110 patients with restenosis after lower extremity arterial intervention admitted to our hospital from March,2016 to May,2018 were randomly divided into the observation group(n=54)and the control group(n=56)by the random number table. The control group was given conventional treatment and the observation group was additionally given“soothing the liver and resolving stasis”therapy.Clinical efficacy and hemodynamics in both groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the end of the 3rd and 6th month of the treatment, the common femoral artery blood flow velocity, superficial femoral artery blood flow velocity and posterior tibial artery blood flow velocity in the observation group were faster than those in the control group(P<0.05),with significance. Conclusions“Soothing the liver and resolving stasis”therapy is beneficial to the improvement of the clinical symptoms and signs in patients with restenosis after lower extremity arterial intervention, which can increase the long-term patency rate of postoperative blood vessels, reduce the occurrence of postoperative restenosis and improve the quality of life.
