摘要
为了实现对区域水灾地有效防范,文中基于先进的机器学习算法、可视化技术和系统集成技术开发了一个集成百度地图的智能水信息集成平台,并通过该平台帮助实现早期水灾预警。所提议的系统包括数据访问、数据集成、服务程序、功能子系统和终端应用层五层架构和一个有效描述区域水情的数据库。文中以青海省某地为例,利用所提议的平台协助当地水文管理部门有效进行水灾风险管理。
In order to effectively prevent regional flood disasters,a smart water information integration platform integrating Baidu map is developed in this paper based on advanced machine learning algorithms,visualization technology and system integration technology,and the platform helps to realize early flood warning.The proposed system includes a data access,data integration,service program,functional subsystem and terminal application layer five-tier architecture and a database that effectively describes the regional water regime.This study takes a site in Qinghai Province as an example and implements the proposed platform to assist local hydrological management departments in effectively implementing flood risk management.
