摘要
玉竹多糖具有免疫调节、降血糖、抗衰老等药理活性。利用超声波辅助纤维素酶法提取玉竹中的玉竹多糖,研究了超声时间、超声温度、液料比和纤维素酶的使用量对提取率的影响。采取单因素试验和响应面试验确立了提取工艺中最优条件为超声时间30 min,超声温度35℃,液料比50 mL/g,酶用量为玉竹粉用量的2.0%,在最佳条件下玉竹多糖提取率为5.267%。
Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharides have immunomodulatory,hypoglycemic,anti-aging and other pharmacological activities.Method of ultrasonic-assisted cellulase was used to extract Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharides from Polygonatum odoratum.The effects of ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature,ratio of solid to liquid and the amount of cellulase on the extraction rate were studied.The single factor experiment and the response surface experiment were carried out and the optimal conditions in extraction process were ultrasonic time of 30 min,ultrasonic temperature of 35℃,liquid to material ratio 50 mL/g and enzyme dosage of 2.0%.Under optimal conditions,the extraction rate of Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharides was 5.267%.
