芪藤消浊颗粒喷雾干燥制粒与湿法制粒工艺对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较不同制粒工艺对芪藤消浊颗粒成品质量的影响。方法分别采用湿法制粒、喷雾干燥制粒制备芪藤消浊颗粒,以颗粒性状、吸湿性、成品重量、成型率、流动性、毛蕊异黄酮苷和齐墩果酸含量为评价指标,考察不同制粒方法对成品颗粒质量的影响,采用多指标综合分析法筛选制粒方法。结果以齐墩果酸含量为指标,喷雾干燥制粒所得成品颗粒中齐墩果酸含量略高于湿法制粒(以原水提药材计);其余指标下,湿法制粒制成的成品明显优于喷雾干燥制粒所得成品。结论多指标综合分析确定,芪藤消浊颗粒的制粒工艺采用湿法制粒更优。 Objective To compare the effects of different granulation processes on the quality of finished granules of Qiteng Xiaozhuo Granules.Methods The granules are prepared by wet granulation and spray drying granulation,respectively.To investigate the effects of different granulation processes on the quality of finished granules by using the granules characters,hygroscopicity,finished product weight,forming rate,fluidity,calycosin-7-glucoside and oleanolic acid content as evaluation indexes and screening the granulation methods according to analyze synthetically multiple indicators.Results With the target of the oleanolic acid content,the finished granules obtained by spray granulation is slightly higher than the finished granules obtained by wet granulation(calculated by raw water).However,with the other targets,the finished granules obtained by wet granules are significantly better than the finished granules obtained by spray drying granulation.Conclusion Comprehensive analysis of multiple indicators,determine the granulation process of Qiteng Xiaozhuo Granules to use wet granulation.
