水下环氧树脂固化剂在水利工程应用中的技术与性能 被引量:3

摘要 传统的固化剂只适用于干燥的粘接物上,随着我国固化剂的不断更新、升级,水下也可以是用固化剂。本文将主要研究水下环氧树脂固化剂应用于水利工程中,因为水利工程的发展能够对我国的经济、生活起到直接的促进作用。本文通过实验研究的方法,研究七种不同的水下环氧树脂固化剂的黏度、凝胶时间、拉伸剪切强度和压缩强度,每种固化剂都有其各自的不同性能。研究结论表明:胶粘剂的黏度与剪切破坏应力成正比关系,所以需要将高黏度和低黏度的固化剂进行复配,制作出黏度小、剪切破坏应力大的胶粘剂;凝胶时间在1h左右是最为合适的,301P固化剂的凝胶时间正好为1h;301P和810这两种固化剂的剪切强度最大;胶粘剂的压缩强度普遍比剪切强度要高。综合7种固化剂的性能,可以得出301P固化剂较为适合应用于水利工程中,能起到很好的粘接性能,而且也有利于施工。 The traditional curing agent is only suitable for dry bonding.With the continuous updating and upgrading of curing agents in China,curing agents can also be used underwater.This paper will mainly study underwater epoxy resin curing agent used in water conservancy projects,because the development of water conservancy projects can directly promote China's economy and life.In this paper,the viscosity,gel time,tensile shear strength and compressive strength of seven different underwater epoxy resin curing agents were studied by experimental research methods.Each curing agent has its own different properties.The research results show that the viscosity of the adhesive is directly proportional to the shear failure stress,so it is necessary to compound the high viscosity and low viscosity curing agent to make the adhesive with small viscosity and high shear stress;the gel time is most suitable for about one hour,and gel time of the 301P curing agent is exactly one hour;the two curing agents of 301P and 810 have the highest shear strength;the compressive strength of the adhesive is generally higher than the shear strength.Based on the performance of the seven curing agents,it can be concluded that the 301P curing agent is more suitable for use in hydraulic engineering,which can achieve good bonding performance and is also beneficial to construction.
