化工设备生产中胶粘剂的应用技术与前景

Application Technical and Prospects of Adhesives in Chemical Equipment Production

近年来胶接技术发展日益成熟,迅速发展完善的有机胶粘剂在工业生产领域中的应用范围越来越广,同焊接、机械连接共同构成了当代主要连接技术,文章主要对胶粘剂技术在化工设备生产中的应用进行了研究,在介绍了国内胶粘剂现状(包括消费、生产等)的基础上,阐述了化工设备生产中胶粘剂的实际应用情况,并对包括氰基丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯、环氧树脂、辐射固化等在内的主要胶粘剂产品进行了重点综述研究进展。

In recent years,the development of bonding technology has become more and more mature.The rapid development of organic adhesives has become more and more widely used in the field of industrial production.Together with welding and mechanical connection,it constitutes the main connection technology of the contemporary.This paper mainly studies the application of adhesive technology in the production of chemical equipment.On the basis of introducing the current status of domestic adhesives(including consumption,production,etc.),the practical application of adhesives in chemical production is described,and the main adhesive products including cyanoacrylate,polyurethane,epoxy resin and radiation curing were reviewed.
