摘要
目前,我国比较多的水利工程建设时间比较久远,所以就会面临各种的问题,比如抗弯、拉伸、抗压、剪切性能弱、老化、腐蚀等现象。很多的水利工程已经无法达到规范要求的力学性能和使用要求,所以需要对其进行加固处理。建筑结构胶是水利工程加固必不可少的材料,建筑结构胶的性能会受到各种因素的影响,比如固化剂、增韧剂、稀释剂、填料等,不同的配比会展现出不一样的性能强度,不同类型的建筑结构胶也会有不同的性能。所以将建筑结构胶运用于水利工程中需要考虑到很多因素。文章主要研究了环氧树脂类建筑结构胶和粘碳纤维布建筑结构胶,通过实验研究的方法,对影响结构胶性能的因素进行分析,选择最适合水利工程加固的结构胶。然后将建筑结构胶用于梁的加固上进行实验研究,发现加固效果较为明显。最后通过案例分析,选择某大坝作为研究对象,通过利用建筑结构胶结合碳纤维布进行加固处理,能够使其达到规范要求,从而能够继续投入使用。
At present,the construction time of many water conservancy projects in China is relatively long,so it will face various problems,such as bending,tension,compression,shear and other weak properties,aging,corrosion and other phenomena.Many hydraulic projects have been unable to meet the mechanical properties and requirements of the specifications,so they need to be reinforced.Building structural glue is an indispensable material for hydraulic engineering reinforcement.The performance of building structural adhesives will be affected by various factors,such as curing agents,toughening agents,thinners,fillers,etc.Different ratios will show different performance strengths,and different types of building structural adhesives also have different properties.Therefore,there are many factors to be considered in the application of structural structural rubber to hydraulic engineering.In this paper,the epoxy resin building structural adhesive and carbon fiber fiber construction structural adhesive are mainly studied.Through the experimental research method,the factors affecting the performance of structural adhesive are analyzed,and the structural adhesive most suitable for hydraulic engineering reinforcement is selected.Then the structural structural glue was used for the reinforcement of the beam for experimental research,and the reinforcement effect was found to be more obvious.Finally,through case analysis,a certain dam is selected as the research object,and the reinforcement can be achieved by using the structural structural glue combined with the carbon fiber cloth to meet the specification requirements,so that it can continue to be put into use.
