当前,我国的化工行业正处于快速发展时期,对我国的经济发展和社会进步有着不小的影响。然而化工机械的润滑故障经常发生,阻碍了化工企业的发展,增加了化工企业的成本消耗,于是降低化工机械润滑故障的频率对化工企业是非常有利的。所以文章对化工机械润滑故障进行分析与管理,首先分析化工机械润滑的目的与作用,发现化工机械能够有很好的润滑效果,能够延长机械的使用时间,提高机械的生产效率。然后再对化工机械的润滑故障进行分析,还分析了化工机械润滑管理存在问题,当理解了其发生原理之后,提出解决措施将会更加的有正对性。最后就是提出化工机械润滑管理的措施,通过不同措施的提出,可以很大程度的减少化工机械润滑故障,从而可以提高化工机械的使用性能,最终带给企业更大的经济效益。

At present,China's chemical industry is in a period of rapid development,which has no small impact on China's economic development and social progress.However,lubrication failures of chemical machinery often occur,hindering the development of chemical companies and increasing the cost of chemical companies.Therefore,reducing the frequency of chemical machinery lubrication failures is very beneficial to chemical companies.Therefore,this paper analyzes and manages the lubrication failure of chemical machinery.Firstly,the purpose and function of chemical machinery lubrication are analyzed.It is found that chemical machinery can have a good lubrication effect,which can prolong the use time of machinery and improve the production efficiency of machinery.Then it analyzes the lubrication failure of chemical machinery,and also analyzes the problems of chemical machinery lubrication management.After understanding the principle of its occurrence,it is more correct to propose solutions.Finally,the measures for chemical machinery lubrication management are proposed.Through the introduction of different measures,the chemical machinery lubrication failure can be greatly reduced,which can improve the performance of chemical machinery and ultimately bring greater economic benefits to enterprises.
