摘要
针对当前建筑领域对高性能混凝土性能要求越来越高的问题,结合相关的理论知识,以轨道板混凝土作为研究对象,对其耐久性能进行探讨。对此,文章首先采用正交试验法对高性能混凝土的最优配合比进行优化,然后结合耐久性的指标,重点对其抗冻性能、抗压强度、坍落度、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性、抗裂性能、抗渗透性能等进行了测试,结果表明水灰比0.29、矿物量10%、砂率37%、外加剂1.5%的情况下,混凝土表现出较好的久性能。通过上述的研究,给铁路施工中的高性能混凝土设计提供了借鉴。
In view of the increasing requirements of high performance concrete performance in the current construction field,combined with relevant theoretical knowledge,track slab concrete is taken as the research object,and its durability can be discussed.In this regard,the article first uses the orthogonal test method to optimize the optimal mix ratio of high performance concrete,and then combined with the durability index,focusing on the frost resistance and compressive strength,slump,sulfate resistance,crack resistance,anti permeability performance test results show that the water cement ratio of 0.29 the mineral content of 10%and the sand rate is 37%,1.5%cases of concrete admixture,concrete shows better durability.Through the above research,it provides a reference for the design of high performance concrete in railway construction.
