体育教师职业认同与工作投入的相关性——以化工院校为例 被引量:2

摘要 为进一步促进高校化工院系教师的工作热忱,采用统计学的方法,通过调查问卷和SPSS数理统计方法,对化工院校的体育教师职业认同与工作投入之间的关系进行分析。结果表明,样本拥有较高的职业认同和工作投入;同时在不同维度中,职业认同维度在各个职业生涯阶段都存在显著性差异,对不同阶段的化工院校体育教师,需要采用不同的职业生涯规划;职业认同与工作投入之间存在相关关系,并且具有正向预测作用。 In order to further promote the work enthusiasm of teachers in chemical engineering colleges and departments of universities,the relationship between professional identity and work engagement was analyzed by using statistical methods,questionnaire and SPSS mathematical statistics.The results show that the sample has high professional identity and work engagement;at the same time,in different dimensions,the dimensions of professional identity have significant differences in different career stages.Physical education teachers in different stages of chemical engineering need to adopt different career planning;there is a correlation between professional identity and work engagement.And it has a positive predictive effect.
