Study on Leading Universities Non-Party Intellectuals to Exert Positive Energy in Ideology Field

以山西高校党外知识分子意识形态现状及影响因素分析为出发点,通过问卷调查,了解了党外知识分子理想信念、社会责任、目标方向、岗位认识等思想状态,从工作环境、工作对象和统战工作角度分析了主要原因,提出了加强组织领导、强化思想引领、创新工作载体、加强教育培训、营造良好氛围等措施,为今后山西高校深入开展党外知识分子统战工作提供可靠理论支持。

Based on the analysis of ideological status and influencing factors of non-Party intellectuals in Shanxi universities,this paper applies questionnaire survey method to learn about the ideological status of non-Party intellectuals,such as ideals and beliefs,social responsibility,goal orientation,post recognition,etc.It also analyses the main reasons from the perspective of working environment,working objects and united front work,and puts forward some measures,including strengthening organizational leadership and ideological guidance,innovativing work carriers,increasing education training,creating a good atmosphere,etc.which will provide reliable theoretical support for Shanxi universities to further carry out the work of non-Party intellectuals United Front in the future.
