基于DPSCIR模型的城市土地集约利用效益研究——以咸宁市为例 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用DPSCIR模型,分别从社会、经济、生态、环境四个方面构建土地集约利用效益评价指标体系,结合变异系数TOPSIS法,从驱动力、压力、承载力、状态、影响、响应等方面对咸宁市土地集约利用效益进行评价。研究结果表明:①2005-2015年期间驱动力曲线呈上升趋势,城镇化率、GDP增长是其主要影响因素。②压力曲线呈下降趋势,人口因素对其影响较大。③承载力曲线呈上升的趋势,造林面积和人口粮食占有量对其有较大影响。④状态曲线呈上升趋势,表明咸宁市的土地集约利用效益处于良好水平。⑤影响曲线呈下降趋势,涉及经济、社会、生态环境等各个方面。⑥响应曲线呈上升趋势,城市绿化率是其主要影响因素。 In this paper,DPSCIR model is adopted to construct the index system for evaluating the efficiency of land intensive use from the perspective of society,economy,ecology and environment.Combined with the coefficient of variation TOPSIS method,it evaluates the efficiency of land intensive use of Xianning City from the aspects of driving force,pressure,bearing capacity,status,influence and response.The research results show that:(1)During the period from 2005 to 2015,the driving force curve shows an upward trend,which are mainly influenced by the rate of urbanization and the growth of GDP.(2)The pressure curve shows a downward trend,which is greatly influenced by the population.(3)The bearing capacity curve shows a rising trend,and its impact factors are primarily the afforestation area and the amount of food available to the population.(4)The state curve shows an upward trend,indicating that the land intensive use benefit of xianning city is at a good level.(5)The influence curve shows a downward trend,involving economic,social,ecological environment and other aspects.(6)The response curve shows an upward trend,and the greening rate of cities is the main influencing factor.
