工业行业是我国的重要行业,在工业行业的生产过程中,工业厂房是其中不可或缺的重要场地,工业厂房的建设要求非常高,而且规模通常都比较大,需要花费大量的资金才能完成工业厂房的建设,为了减少工业厂房的建设资金投入,建设单位需要在设计阶段来对工业厂房的造价进行控制,提升工业厂房设计工作的合理性。本文对工业厂房造价在设计阶段的控制方法进行分析,并且提出了几点相关性的浅见。

The industrial trade is an important industry in China.In the production process of the industrial trade,the industrial plant is an indispensable and important site.The construction requirements of the industrial plant are very high,and the scale is usually large,which requires a lot of capital to complete the construction of industrial plants.In order to reduce the investment in the construction of the industrial plant,the construction unit needs to control the cost of the industrial plant at the design stage to improve the rationality of the industrial plant design.This paper analyzes the control method of the industrial plant cost in the design stage,and puts forward some relevant views.
