浅谈航天产品外包质量管理

我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,航天领域肩负着实现“航天强国”“质量强国”的使命。面临着顾客需求变化的加快,产品周期的缩短,质量要求的提高,以及供应链本身多参与主体、跨地域、多环节的特征,外包产品面临的质量风险因素逐渐增加,质量问题频频发生,质量风险损失不断加大。因此加强外包产品质量管控的研究,对防范质量风险、提高质量、建立并运行高效的供应链将具有重要的理论和现实意义。

China's economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage.The aerospace field is shouldering the mission of achieving"aerospace power"and"quality power".Faced with the acceleration of customer demand changes,shortened product cycles,increased quality requirements,and the characteristics of the supply chain's many participants,cross-regional,and multi-link characteristics,the quality risk factors faced by outsourced products have gradually increased,quality problems have occurred frequently,and quality risk losses have continued to increase.Therefore,strengthening the research on quality control of outsourced products will have important theoretical and practical significance for preventing quality risks,improving quality,and establishing and operating efficient supply chains.
