摘要
随着我国医疗卫生系统体制的改革,公立医院改革的深入,特别是面临着新的医保政策、老百姓看病按病种收费、取消药品加成、医疗机构之间的竞争日益激烈等方面的新形势,公立医院存在着成本费用增加、运营管理人才缺失、医院绩效管理需要加强等问题。本文针对公立医院面临的新形势和存在的问题,提出了加强成本精细化管理、加强人才队伍建设、加强和完善绩效管理等方面的措施,以期公立医院能够在新形势下取得长久发展。
With the reform of China’s healthcare system,the reform of public hospitals has deepened.Especially in the face of the new situation of new medical insurance policies,ordinary people’s fees for medical treatment,cancellation of drug bonuses,and increasing competition among medical institutions,public hospitals have problems such as increased costs,lack of operational management personnel,and the need to strengthen hospital performance management.Aiming at the new situation and existing problems faced by public hospitals,this paper proposes measures such as strengthening fine-grained cost management,strengthening the construction of talent teams,strengthening and improving performance management,etc.,in the hope that public hospitals can achieve long-term development in the new situation.
