摘要
工程建设项目由于投资大、工期长,在建设过程中不可预见的因素也比较多,这样工程建设项目投资方不可避免地面临着各种风险,因此,要对其进行风险管理,做好风险的识别和防范,方能保证建设工程建设的顺利进行。本文应用AHP-FCEM法从FS市中心大厦的社会风险、自然风险、设计风险、施工风险、供货商风险、监理风险等六个角度对其进行风险评价,进而了解该项目风险大小,尽早防范。
Due to the large investment and long construction period,there are many unforeseen factors in the construction process,so that the investment of the construction project will inevitably face various risks.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out risk management and risk identification and prevention to ensure the smooth progress of construction projects.This paper applies AHP-FCEM method to evaluate the risk of social risk,natural risk,design risk,construction risk,supplier risk and supervision risk from FS downtown building,and then understand the risk of the project and prevent it as soon as possible.
