摘要 BIM技术在材料成本的精细化管控中具有很高的实用价值。本文以钢筋为例总结了BIM技术在其管控中的应用要点,着重分析了BIM技术在材料采购阶段到使用阶段的具体应用,通过BIM技术节约了材料采购过程中的时间成本,提高了钢筋从下料到使用阶段的利用率,优化了场地布局,提高了现场的工作效率,达到了提升材料成本精细化管控能力的目的。 BIM technology has high practical value in the fine management and control of material costs.This article uses steel as an example to summarize the application points of BIM technology in its management and control.It focuses on the analysis of the specific application of BIM technology from the material procurement stage to the use stage.Through BIM technology,the time cost in the material procurement process is saved,and the utilization rate from the cutting to the use stage is improved,the site layout is optimized,the work efficiency on site is improved,and the purpose of improving the fine management and control of material costs is achieved.
