摘要
哔哩哔哩又称B站,作为已上市的小众视频网站,其体现出的泛二次元文化深受九零后、零零后喜爱,本研究以哔哩哔哩为案例,运用商业画布理论工具,与爱奇艺等视频网站对比,分析描述了B站的商业模式,哔哩哔哩通过PUGC等方式提供了包括动画、漫画、游戏等内容,打造了服务于对二次元感兴趣的年轻用户的精品视频平台,对其他视频网站的经营具有借鉴意义。
Bilibili is also known as B station.As a listed niche video website,the pan-secondary culture embodied by it is loved by the post-90s and post-zero generations.In this study,Bilibili is used as a case.Using commercial canvas theory tools,Bilibili is compared with video sites such as iQiyi.The business model of B station is analyzed and described.Bilibili provides animation,comics,and games through PUGC and other content,creating a boutique video platform for young users interested in the second dimension,which is of significance to the operation of other video websites.
