摘要
水体富营养化,藻类爆发是我国湖库亟待解决的主要水质问题之一,作为藻类生长的主要营养盐和制约因素,磷是水体富营养化的限制性诱因。在磷的代谢转化过程中,多聚磷酸盐(Poly-P)可将众多无机磷酸盐单体聚合。磷酸激酶(PPK)与Poly-P代谢密切相关。因此,对磷酸激酶基因PPK进行研究十分必要。
Eutrophication is one of the main water quality problems for lakes and reservoirs in China.As the main nutrients of algae,the input of phosphorus is the main inducement of eutrophication.Polyphosphate(Poly-P)can polymerize many inorganic phosphate monomers in the process of phosphorus metabolism.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the PPK gene which is closely related to Poly-P metabolism.
