交锁髓内钉配合阻挡钉技术治疗胫骨远端骨折效果分析

Analysis of the effect of interlocking intramedullary nail combined with blocking nail in the treatment of distal tibial fracture

目的:分析交锁髓内钉联合阻挡钉技术治疗胫骨远端骨折的效果。方法:2016年1月-2019年6月收治胫骨远端骨折患者52例,按入院时间分为两组,各26例。对照组实施钢板固定术治疗,研究组实施交锁髓内钉联合阻挡钉治疗。比较两组治疗效果和并发症发生率。结果:研究组治疗效果优于对照组、并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胫骨远端骨折患者应用交锁髓内钉联合阻挡钉技术治疗,可明显提高治疗效果,减少并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of interlocking intramedullary nail combined with blocking nail in the treatment of distal tibia fracture.Methods:From January 2016 to June 2019,52 patients with distal tibia fracture were treated.They were divided into two groups according to the time of admission.The control group was treated with plate fixation and the study group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nail combined with blocking nail.We compared the therapeutic effect and incidence of complications between groups.Results:The therapeutic effect of the study group was better than the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of interlocking intramedullary nail combined with blocking nail in the treatment of distal tibial fracture can significantly improve the treatment effect,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of the patients.
