来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效

The effect of leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

目的:探讨来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法:2016年1月-2019年5月收治类风湿关节炎患者40例,随机分为两组,各20例。对照组使用甲氨蝶呤治疗;观察组使用甲氨蝶呤加来氟米特治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,观察组治疗后CRP及ESR水平明显低于对照组,观察组治疗后关节肿胀个数、关节压痛个数、关节功能评级、晨僵时间均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎效果显著,能有效改善关节症状,降低CRP及ESR水平。

Objective:To study the efficacy of leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:From January 2016 to May 2019,40 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were treated.They were randomly divided into the two groups with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methotrexate.The observation group was treated with methotrexate combined with leflunomide.We compared the treatment effects between groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group;the level of CRP and ESR after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group;the number of joint swelling,the number of joint tenderness,the rating of joint function and the time of morning stiffness in the observation group were better than the control group after treatment;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis can improve the joint symptoms and reduce the level of CRP and ESR.
