微动力负压引流技术在烧伤难愈创面的临床预后分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解微动力负压引流技术在烧伤难愈创面的临床预后。方法:2016年1月-2018年12月收治烧伤难愈创面患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。常规组采取常规处理治疗;微动力组采取常规处理+微动力负压引流技术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:微动力组烧伤难愈创面愈合效率、烧伤难愈创面愈合平均时间、平均换药次数、疼痛视觉模拟评分、烧伤难愈创面分泌物炎症监测指标水平均优于常规组,微动力组医疗费用少于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规处理+微动力负压引流技术治疗烧伤难愈创面效果好,可有效加速创面愈合,减轻患者痛苦,控制炎症,减少费用。 Objective:To understand the clinical prognosis of microdynamic negative pressure drainage technology in the treatment of refractory wound of patients with burn.Methods:50 cases of burn patients with refractory wound were selected from January 2016 to December 2018.They were randomly divided into the two groups with 25 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with conventional treatment,while the microdynamic group was treated with conventional treatment and microdynamic negative pressure drainage.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The healing efficiency of refractory burn wound,the average time of refractory burn wound healing,the average times of dressing change,the visual analogue score of pain,the level of inflammation monitoring index of secretion in refractory burn wound in the microdynamic group were better than those in the conventional group;the medical cost of the microdynamic group was lower than that of the conventional group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional treatment combined with microdynamic negative pressure drainage is effective in the treatment of refractory burn wounds,which can effectively accelerate wound healing,reduce patients'pain,control inflammation and reduce costs.
