腹腔镜处置普外科常见急腹症的应用价值

Surgical skills in the management of common acute abdomen in general surgery

目的:探讨普外科常见急腹症处置的手术技巧。方法:2017年10月-2019年3月收治急腹症患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。常规组采用传统开腹手术探查方法;试验组使用腹腔镜手术探查方法。比较两组手术效果。结果:试验组手术各项指标水平均优于常规组,并发症发生率显著低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:普外科常见急腹症处置过程中采用腹腔镜手术处理方法,可节省手术时间,降低术中出血量,改善手术质量,减少死亡率。

Objective:To explore the surgical techniques for the treatment of common acute abdomen in general surgery.Methods:From October 2017 to March 2019,50 patients with acute abdomen were treated and randomly divided into two groups of 25 patients each.The conventional group used traditional laparoscopic surgical exploration methods;the experimental group used laparoscopic surgical exploration methods.The surgical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The levels of various surgical indicators in the experimental group were better than those in the conventional group,and the incidence was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery during the treatment of common acute abdomen in general surgery can save operation time,reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding,improve the quality of surgery,and reduce mortality.
