桡骨远端不稳定性骨折应用掌侧锁定板治疗的价值分析

Value of volar locking plate in the treatment of unstable distal radius fracture

目的:探究掌侧锁定板在桡骨远端不稳定性骨折中的应用效果。方法:2014年1月-2019年1月收治桡骨远端不稳定性骨折患者46例,应用掌侧锁定板治疗。手术前后影像学采用改良Sarmiento评分,腕关节应用GarlandWerley评分,分析术后疗效。结果:治疗后,患者掌倾斜角、尺偏角、桡骨缩短、关节面台阶与治疗前比较出现了明显的变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:掌侧锁定板是治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的常用方法,且治疗效果显著。

Objective:To explore the application effect of volar locking plate in the treatment of unstable distal radius fracture.Methods:From January 2014 to January 2019,46 patients with unstable distal radius fracture were selected and treated with volar locking plate.Before and after the operation,we used the improved Sarmiento score for imageology and the Garland-Werley score for wrist joints to analyze the postoperative effect.Results:After treatment,the patient's palm tilt angle,ulnar deflection angle,radius shortening,articular surface steps showed significant changes compared with before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Volar locking plate was a common method for the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures,and the treatment effect was significant.
