面部护理联合药物治疗成人痤疮的疗效

The curative effect of facial nursing combined with medicine on adult acne

目的:探讨成人痤疮在药物治疗的前提下联合面部护理、健康教育的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年2月收治成人痤疮患者45例,随机分为两组。对照组仅给予药物治疗,观察组在药物治疗前提下联合面部护理、健康教育,比较两组治疗和护理效果。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率、对治疗和护理工作满意度均高于对照组,不良反应发生率、复发率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:成人痤疮在药物治疗的前提下联合面部护理、健康教育是一种可行的方案。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combined facial care and health education on adult acne under the premise of drug treatment.Methods:From January 2018 to February 2019,45 adult acne patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given drug treatment,and the observation group was given face care and health education under the premise of drug treatment.We compared the effect of treatment and nursing between groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate of treatment and the satisfaction of treatment and nursing work were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It was a feasible plan to combine face care and health education under the premise of drug treatment for adult acne.
