摘要
目的:观察重复经颅磁刺激治疗对于脑卒中后手运动功能的疗效。方法:2017年4月-2018年6月收治脑卒中患者60例,随机分为两组。对照组采用重复经颅磁刺激假刺激治疗;研究组采用重复经颅磁刺激真刺激治疗。对比两组治疗前后上肢运动功能与握力评分。结果:两组治疗前上肢运动功能与握力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后上肢运动功能与握力评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重复经颅磁刺激在脑卒中患者治疗中具有良好的临床效果,能有效改善患者运动功能,促进康复。
Objective:To explore the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on the recovery of hand motor function after stroke.Methods:From April 2017 to June 2018,60 stroke patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation false stimulation,and the study group was treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation true stimulation.We compared the upper limb motor function and grip strength scores before and after treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in the upper limb motor function and grip strength scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of upper limb motor function and grip strength in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation had a good clinical effect in the treatment of stroke patients,which can effectively improve the motor function of patients and promote rehabilitation.
