摘要
目的:探讨益心舒片联合地尔硫?治疗冠脉微血管病变心绞痛(气虚血瘀证)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治冠脉微血管病变心绞痛(气虚血瘀证)患者92例,随机分为两组,各46例。对照组三餐前、睡前口服盐酸地尔硫片;观察组在盐酸地尔硫基础上联合使用益心舒片。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后Ⅰ级心绞痛患者多于对照组,Ⅲ级心绞痛患者少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益心舒片联合地尔硫治疗冠脉微血管病变心绞痛(气虚血瘀证)患者能显著缓解心绞痛症状,降低心绞痛发作次数,提高临床有效率,且不良反应较少,安全性较高。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of yixinshu tablets combined with diltiazem in the treatment of angina pectoris with coronary microvascular disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).Methods:92 cases of angina pectoris with coronary microvascular disease were selected from January 2018 to January 2019.They were randomly divided into the two groups with 46 cases in each group.In the control group,diltiazem hydrochloride tablets were orally taken before meals and sleeping,while in the observation group,yixinshu tablets were used on the basis of diltiazem hydrochloride.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the number of patients with gradeⅠangina was more than that of the control group,and the patients with gradeⅢangina were less than the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between roups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yixinshu tablet combined with diltiazem can significantly alleviate the symptoms of angina pectoris with coronary microvascular disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),reduce the number of angina pectoris attacks,improve the clinical efficiency,and have fewer adverse reactions,with high safety.
