超声心动图和心电图在高血压左室壁肥厚诊断中的应用评价

Application of echocardiography and electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of left ventricular wall hypertrophy in hypertension

目的:探讨超声心动图和心电图在高血压左室壁肥厚诊断中的应用价值。方法:2017年2月-2018年1月收治疑似高血压心脏病患者120例,均行心电图诊断与超声心动图诊断,对比两组诊断结果。结果:单纯性室间隔增厚60例,使用心电图诊断阳性为15例(25.00%);超声心电图诊断阳性率为102例(85.00%)。所有患者均应用超声心动图诊断,LVDd为(47.42±3.36),IVST为(11.36±0.44),PWT为(10.27±1.42),E/A为(0.78±0.08)。结论:对高血压左室壁肥厚患者使用超声心动图诊断,具有较高的诊断符合率。

Objective:To explore the application value of echocardiography and electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of left ventricular wall hypertrophy in hypertension.Methods:From February 2017 to January 2018,120 patients with suspected hypertension and heart disease were selected.They were all diagnosed by ECG and echocardiography.We compared the diagnosis results of the two groups.Results:60 cases were simple ventricular septal thickening,15 cases(25.00%)were positive in ECG diagnosis.The positive rate of ultrasonic ECG was 102 cases(85.00%).All patients were diagnosed by echocardiography,LVD was(47.42±3.36),IVST was(11.36±0.44),PWT was(10.27±1.42),and E/A was(0.78±0.08).Conclusion:Echocardiography was used in the diagnosis of hypertension with left ventricular wall hypertrophy,which had a high diagnostic accuracy.
