磁共振成像技术对脑血管疾病的诊断研究分析

Analysis of the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases by magnetic resonance imaging

目的:评价磁共振成像检查技术在脑血管疾病患者临床诊断中的价值。方法:2017年7月-2019年6月收治脑血管疾病患者82例,随机分为两组,各41例。试验组采取磁共振成像检测;对照组采取多层螺旋CT血管成像检测。比较两组诊断效果。结果:试验组临床诊断准确率高于对照组,试验组临床误诊率、临床漏诊率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脑血管疾病患者诊断中,采取磁共振成像检查技术诊断效果较优。

Objective:To evaluate the value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the clinical diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:From July 2017 to June 2019,82 patients with cerebrovascular diseases were treated.They were randomly divided into the two groups with 41 cases in each group.Magnetic resonance imaging was performed in the experimental group and multi-slice spiral CT angiography was applied in the control group.We compared the diagnostic effects between the two groups.Results:The accuracy of clinical diagnosis in the experimental group was higher than the control group,the clinical misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate in the experimental group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnetic resonance imaging is effective in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.
