循证护理在肾结石手术患者中的应用效果及安全性分析

Application effect and safety analysis of evidence-based nursing in patients with renal calculi operation

目的:分析循证护理在肾结石手术患者中的应用效果及安全性。方法:2018年9月-2019年6月收治肾结石手术患者92例,随机分为两组,各46例。参照组采用常规护理,研讨组采用循证护理干预。对比两组应用效果及安全性。结果:研讨组各项手术相关指标水平低于参照组,研讨组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理在肾结石手术患者中的应用效果明确,且具备较高的安全性。

Objective:To analyze the effect and safety of evidence-based nursing in the operation of renal calculi.Methods:92 cases of renal calculi were selected from September 2018 to June 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 46 cases in each group.Routine nursing was used in the reference group and evidence-based nursing intervention was used in the study group.We compared the application effect and safety of the two groups.Results:The level of operation related indexes in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of evidence-based nursing in the operation of renal calculi is effective and safe.
