Effect of SOP nursing cooperation process on the success rate of noninvasive cardiac pacing

目的:探讨SOP护理配合流程对无创性心脏起搏成功率的影响。方法:2018年4月-2019年6月收治心脏骤停患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组接受常规护理;研究组接受SOP护理配合流程。评估两组患者临床效果。结果:研究组送达时间及抢救成功时间均短于对照组,抢救成功率、护理满意度评分、护理流程评分、护理质量评分、护理文书评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在接受无创性心脏起搏患者抢救过程中采取SOP护理配合流程,能有效缩短患者送达抢救以及抢救成功时间,提升抢救成功率,进而提升护理效果,改善护理质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of SOP nursing cooperation process on the success rate of noninvasive cardiac pacing.Methods:From April 2018 to June 2019,80 patients with cardiac arrest were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given SOP nursing cooperation process.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the delivery time and rescue success time were shorter than those in the control group,the rescue success rate,nursing satisfaction score,nursing process score,nursing quality score and nursing document score were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of rescue of patients with non-invasive cardiac pacing,SOP nursing cooperation process can effectively shorten the time of delivery and rescue of patients,improve the success rate of rescue,and then improve the nursing effect and quality.
