针对性护理干预对阴式全子宫切除术患者的效果观察

Observation on the effect of targeted nursing intervention on patients with vaginal hysterectomy

目的:分析对阴式全子宫切除术患者实施针对性护理干预的临床效果。方法:2017年2月-2019年6月选取子宫脱垂行阴式全子宫切除术患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组实施传统护理方案;观察组给予针对性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、术后排气时间与住院时间均短于对照组,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统护理相比,针对性护理可有效促进阴式全子宫切除术患者恢复,整体效果显著,具有安全可靠的特点。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of targeted nursing intervention on patients with vaginal hysterectomy.Methods:60 cases of vaginal hysterectomy for prolapse of uterus were selected from February 2017 to June 2019.They were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing plan and the observation group was given targeted nursing.We compared nursing effect between the two groups.Results:The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group;the operation time,postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group;the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional nursing,targeted nursing can effectively promote the recovery of patients with vaginal hysterectomy,the overall effect is remarkable,and it is safe and reliable.
