护理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响效果分析

Analysis of the effect of nursing intervention on lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after gynecological malignant tumor operation

目的:分析护理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法:2018年4月-2019年4月收治妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者88例,随机分为两组,各44例。研究组给予预防性护理;对照组采用常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组患者满意度与发生深静脉血栓概率及各项指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在预防妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓形成中应用护理干预效果更佳,有效降低深静脉血栓发生率,患者满意度较高,且具有良好安全性。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after gynecological malignant tumor operation.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2019,88 patients with gynecological malignant tumor operation were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 44 cases in each.The study group was given preventive care,and the control group was given routine care.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the patients'satisfaction,the probability of deep vein thrombosis and the levels of each index were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of nursing intervention on lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after gynecological malignant tumor operation was better.It can effectively reduce the probability of deep vein thrombosis,and the patient satisfaction was high,and it had good safety.
