全程康复综合护理对冠心病心绞痛PCI患者SAQ评分及预后的影响

Effect of whole rehabilitation comprehensive nursing on SAQ score and prognosis of PCI patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

目的:探究经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗冠心病心绞痛后患者实施全程康复综合护理的应用效果。方法:2018年5月-2019年5月选取实施PCI介入治疗术患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组采取常规护理措施;观察组在常规护理基础上采取全程康复综合护理措施。比较两组SAQ评分及并发症发生率。结果:观察组SAQ评分(活动情况、心绞痛稳定情况、心绞痛发作幅度、治疗疗效、主观感受)明显高于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PCI介入治疗冠心病心绞痛患者采取全程康复综合护理,可有效改善患者生活质量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the application effect of whole rehabilitation comprehensive nursing for patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated by percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,90 patients with PCI were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 45 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing.We compared SAQ scores and complication rates between groups.Results:In the observation group,SAQ score(Activity,Stability of Angina Pectoris,Angina Pectoris Onset,Treatment Efficacy,Subjective Feelings)was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Whole rehabilitation comprehensive nursing for patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated by PCI can effectively improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
