全麻术后患者麻醉复苏室护理观察与对策

Nursing observation and countermeasures of anesthesia resuscitation room after general anesthesia

目的:探析综合护理在全麻术后患者麻醉复苏室护理中的应用效果。方法:2019年1-6月选取接受全麻手术进入麻醉复苏室患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理;观察组实施综合护理干预。对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理满意度、舒适度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组苏醒时间、留室时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在全麻术后麻醉复苏室护理中应用综合护理干预可缩短患者术后苏醒和留室时间,且患者满意度更高,患者主观感受更舒适。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in anesthesia recovery room for patients after general anesthesia.Methods:100 patients were selected to enter the anesthesia recovery room after general anesthesia from January to June 2019.They were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.Routine nursing was carried out in the control group and comprehensive nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group.We compared nursing effect between groups.Results:The scores of nursing satisfaction and comfort in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time and room keeping time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in anesthesia resuscitation room after general anesthesia can shorten the postoperative recovery and room retention time,and the patients'satisfaction is higher,and the patients'subjective feeling is more comfortable.
