围手术期护患聊天式健康宣教对钬激光碎石术患者预后的影响

Effect of perioperative nurse-patient chat health education on the prognosis of patients with holmium laser lithotripsy

目的:观察钬激光碎石术患者采取围手术期心理疏导联合护患聊天式健康宣教的预后效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年4月选取钬激光碎石术患者82例,随机分为两组,各41例。对照组采取常规护理方案;观察组采取围手术期心理疏导联合护患聊天式健康宣教方案。比较两组干预效果。结果:两组干预前焦虑评分、抑郁评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后焦虑评分、抑郁评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预前生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将心理疏导联合护患聊天式健康宣教方案应用于钬激光碎石术患者,能缓解患者焦虑、抑郁状态,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the prognostic effect of perioperative psychological counseling combined with nurse-patient chat health education in patients with holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods:82 patients with holmium laser lithotripsy were selected from January 20 to April 2019.They were randomly divided into the two groups with 41 cases in each group.The control group adopted a routine nursing program,and the observation group adopted a perioperative psychological counseling combined with a nurse-type chat health education program.We compared the effects of the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in anxiety scores and depression scores between groups before intervention(P>0.05).The anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were better than the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between groups before intervention(P>0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were better than the control group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of perioperative psychological counseling combined with nurse-patient chat health education in patients with holmium laser lithotripsy can alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients and improve their quality of life.
