计划免疫过程中不良反应类型及干预措施研究

Study on the types of adverse reactions and intervention measures in the course of planned immunization process

计划免疫是基于某种传染病疫情监测和根据人们免疫情况的分析,用人工方法有计划地增强对几种危害儿童健康的传染病的抵抗能力,以保护儿童免受这些传染病威胁。20世纪70年代中期,全国开始实施免疫规划,疫苗所针对的大多数传染病得到有效控制。然而计划免疫过程中少数人会出现各种不良反应,本文分析研究不良反应的类型及干预措施,为提高干预效果提供思路与方法。

Planned immunization is based on the surveillance of a certain epidemic situation of infectious diseases and the analysis of people's immune situation,and artificial methods are used to enhance the resistance to several infectious diseases endangering children's health in a planned way,to protect children from these infectious diseases.In the mid-1970s,the national immunization program began to be implemented,most of the infectious diseases targeted by the vaccine are under effective control.However,in the course of planned immunization,a few people will have various adverse reactions,the author analyzes the types of adverse reactions and intervention measures,in order to provide ideas and methods to improve the effect of intervention.
