新形势下医院离退休职工服务管理工作的思考探析

本文对医院离退休职工服务管理工作实施意义予以分析后,对医院离退休职工群体情况进行研究,对新形势下医院离退休职工服务管理优化方法实行探讨。主要的目的是在新形势下做好医院离退休职工的服务管理工作,关注离退休职工的心理、身体、生活等情况,尽可能满足其需求和要求,使其能及早适应离退休的生活,顺应新形势对于医院离退休职工服务管理的要求,提高这方面的工作质量。

In this paper,the author analyzes the significance of the implementation of the service management of retired employees in the hospital,studies the situation of retired workers in hospitals,and discusses the optimization method of hospital retired workers'service management under the new situation.The main purpose is to do a good job in the service management of retired employees in the hospital under the new situation,pay attention to the psychological,physical and life conditions of retired employees,and try to meet their needs and requirements,so that they can adapt to the retired life as early as possible,comply with the requirements of the new situation for the service management of retired employees in the hospital,and improve the quality of work in this area.
