In daily archives management,many reasons will affect the permanent preservation of hospital archives.A variety of reasons can lead to incomplete documentation,resulting in some loss to the hospital.There are many kinds of archives in medical and health institutions with rich contents.It is necessary to manage the archives efficiently so that the medical and health institutions can operate normally.Some medical and health institutions neglect the importance of archives,resulting in the low quality of archives management.In view of this situation,we must uphold the new management concept and adopt effective measures of archives management.Based on the archives management of medical and health institutions,the author discusses the effective path of the reform of archives management mode in hospital archives management.
