摘要
基于集成电路制造工艺课程的教学问题,提出了相应解决方案。这包括合理安排授课次序,对比各个单项工艺,将知识点生活化,及时更新教学材料,以及借助软件模拟开展实验教学等。
Based on the teaching problems of integrated circuit manufacturing technology course,this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions.It includes reasonable arrangement of teaching order.It compares each single process,makes knowledge points live,updates teaching materials in time,and carries out experimental teaching with the help of software simulation.
