新中国70年藏学研究的反思与前瞻

Reflection and Prospect on Tibetology of China since the Founding of the PRC in 1949

藏学是一门独特的国际"显学"。新中国成立70年来,特别是改革开放40多年来,中国的藏学研究取得了举世公认的显著成就。70年来,中国藏学研究在学科体系、学术体系、话语体系三个方面都取得了显著成就:一、藏学的学科体系不断完善,藏学发展成为一门独特的学科;二、藏学的学术体系不断深化,中国成为国际藏学研究的中心;三、藏学的话语体系不断拓展,藏学研究对西藏和四省藏区发展稳定和治藏方略发挥了重要作用。对新中国藏学研究70年这个"长时段"进行反思和总结,认清藏学研究的新态势和具有的新优势,并对中国藏学的发展前景进行前瞻,有益于新时代中国藏学研究者承担新使命、开启新征程、取得新进展、出好新成果,推进中国藏学体系的发展和完善,占领藏学研究的制高点,掌握藏学研究的话语权,展现藏学研究的中国特色、中国风格和中国气派。

Tibetology has been a unique international famous discipline.The Chinese Tibetologists had achieved remarkable achievements since the founding of the PRC in 1949,particularly,since the reformation and opening-up of China.As a result,the Tibetan studies had been developed into a unique discipline.The discipline system,academic system and discourse system of Tibetology in China have been broadened and deepened,and the hometown of Tibetology China has been bloomed into the international center of Tibetan studies.Based on the Speech at the Forum on Philosophy and Social Science Workers gave by the President Xi Jinping,and refers to the works on Tibetology which were published both at home and abroad,this paper will reflect and prospect the course of Tibetan studies in contemporary China from the three systems for 70 years.Firstly,it will highlight the evolution and improvement of the discipline system of Tibetan studies into a unique discipline.Then it will review on the progress and deepening of the academic system of Tibetan studies into the international center of Tibetology.Finally,this paper will discuss the broadening of the discourse of Tibetan studies,expound the impact of Tibetan studies on the development of the Tibetan areas and formulation of the strategy of Tibet,and reveal the Chinese characteristics,Chinese style,and Chinese manner of Tibetology.
