计及充电可靠性的电动汽车有序充放电控制策略优化与分析 被引量:12

摘要 EV能否可靠充电对车主的日常出行及使用满意度有较大影响,针对当前电动汽车(EV)有序充放电策略未考虑EV充电可靠性的问题,重点研究计及充电可靠性的EV有序充放电控制策略。首先,分析EV充电可靠性与配电网供用电可靠性的异同,并提出EV充电可靠性的概念及其评估指标。其次,在基于峰谷分时电价的EV充放电控制策略的基础上,计及充电可靠性对EV有序充放电控制策略进行优化。最后,通过IEEE RBTS-Bus6系统仿真验证该文所提控制策略的有效性。算例结果表明:将EV充电时间转移到负荷低谷时间段对其充电可靠性的影响较小,而进行V2G会导致EV充电可靠性明显下降,该文提出的EV控制策略能够有效提高EV充电可靠性和用户满意度,但需要充电站运营商在经济性上做出一定的让步。 The orderly charging and discharging strategy of electric vehicle(EV) does not concern the EV charging reliability which leads to a significant influence on the user’s daily travel and satisfaction. Under this background, this paper proposes an EV charging and discharging control strategy considering EV charging reliability. Firstly, the difference and similarity between EV charging reliability and power supply reliability are analyzed. The concepts of EV charging reliability and its evaluation index are put forward. Secondly, considering the peak-valley time-of-use power price and charging reliability, the orderly charge and discharge charging and discharging control strategy is optimized. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by an IEEE RBTS-Bus6 system simulation.It is shown that charging at the time of low power price has a little impact on EV charging reliability,and vehicle-togrid(V2 G)significantly reduces the EV charging reliability level.The proposed control strategy can effectively improve the EV charging reliability and customer satisfaction,but charging station operators need to make some concessions in the economy.
